A modern new B&B situated on the Isle of Baleshare, one of the most beautiful places in the Western Isles.

'Daisy from the shore, beach wave, sweetmeal of the sea', all different names for this beautiful flower that grows on the saltings in front of Bagh Alluin.

Bagh Alluin is situated on top of a hillock and guarantees panoramic views.

Eaval, Ben Mhor, Hekla, the Monach Isles with it's lighthouse and the uninhabited Isle of Kirkibost can be seen from it's windows.

It is designed by the young Scottish architect Billy Reynolds who has created a modern residential home with spacious bright guest-rooms and superb views.

The area is rich in wildlife and places to explore.

Sandy beaches, rocky shorelines, mountains, fresh water lochs, wee villages and harbours.

Bagh Alluin provides a comfortable base to come home to after days spent walking, fishing, bird watching, soaking up the scenery or having enjoyed the artwork of the many artists that have the Uists as their home.
